Bitte Mand i Knibe = Little Man in a Fix (Denmark)

There are various versions of this dance. I've notated the participatory folk dance version of this dance.
But I've linked to some of the more spectacular stage versions of the dance below.
The dance is from Randers, Jutland in Denmark
Music: Victor 20449-A; Folkdancer MH 1054; http://lavigne.dk/oldfolkdance/u6/main.htm Meter: 3/4
Formation: Two couples; Side by side; Men's L shoulders side by side; Women on the outside.
Men either link Left elbows, or stretch L hand behind other M's head and hold on to opposite W's L hand.
M's R hand is on W's R hip.
Women's L hand is either on M's R shoulder or is stretched behind partner's hand to hold the L hand of opposite man.
Part 1:
Bar 1-8: All run forward with 8 running waltz steps, rotating the two couples CCW. (= motsols)
(Optionally if using the across the back of the head hand hold, women can raise their feet off the ground and "Fly"
Bars 9-10: Men lift joined L hand up, and women dance in front of their partners and through the arch,
then turn 1/2 way CCW to face center. Join hands all in star with crossed hands.
Bars 11-16: Rotate the star CCW
Part 2: (= "Tyrolervals")
Bar 1: Holding nearer hands and facing CCW, Waltz away from partner.
Bar 2: Waltz towards partner
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2
Bars 5-8: In Ballroom position, take 4 waltz steps progressing in LOD
Bars 9-16: repeat bars 1-8
